- 4 fresh cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rinse cod fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
