  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the basil until well combined.
  4. Slice pockets into each chicken breast and stuff with the ricotta mixture; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place stuffed chicken in the baking dish and pour marinara sauce over top. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear).
