- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef while breaking into small crumbles. Season with salt and pepper, drain excess fat, and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, cooked beef, chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onion.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle juice, and additional seasonings as desired.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until well-coated.
