  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 scallions, diced
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1517 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a medium pan over medium heat, cook the ground chicken until no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, diced scallions, cooked chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and Mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay out tortillas flat and spoon a few tablespoons of the mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush each taquito lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For the dipping sauce: Whisk together warmed half & half and flour in a pot over medium heat until smooth; stir in crumbled blue cheese and lemon juice.
