  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add ground turkey. Cook for about 5–6 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Return cauliflower to the skillet; add chicken broth if needed for moisture. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
