- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup chicken broth (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Return cauliflower to the skillet; add chicken broth if needed for moisture. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until heated through.
