  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (ensure halal-friendly)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive or coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the diced chicken for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and cabbage (and optional bell pepper) to the pan; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until softened.
