  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts (drained)
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  2. Make the pesto by blending walnuts, garlic, basil, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and blanch if desired.
