Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces lobster tails (68 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (350°F to 400°F).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the center of each lobster tail shell without cutting through the end. Gently pull apart the shell.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small bowl, then mix in minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the exposed lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture and reserve some for basting.
  5. Place lobster tails on the grill shell side down and cook for about 5 minutes without moving.
  6. Flip over the tails and grill for another 5 minutes while basting with remaining garlic butter until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Let rest briefly before serving warm on a platter drizzled with any leftover garlic butter.
