Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 12 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 23 tbsp Sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • Sesame Seeds and Green Onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add broccoli florets and cook until vibrant green, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and ground chicken. Brown the chicken while breaking it up until fully cooked.
  3. Meanwhile, mix sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked through, pour in the sauce mixture and stir until slightly thickened. Add back the broccoli and mix well.
  5. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
