  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (about 4×6 inches).
  3. Spread about a tablespoon of vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle, then layer thin banana slices on top.
