  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1¾ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon with the sliced peaches until well coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Stir in oats until evenly mixed.
  4. Grease an 8×8 baking dish and layer the peach mixture evenly at the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the oat topping over the peaches without packing it down.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving warm.
