  • 1 and 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • One 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or nut alternative)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a lined baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the preserves and gently swirl together.
  5. Sprinkle flaked coconut and chopped pecans over the mixture, pressing down lightly.
  6. Top with semisweet and white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
