  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season beef steak pieces with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In the slow cooker, layer diced potatoes and onions at the bottom, then add seasoned beef.
  3. Sprinkle corn over the steak layer.
  4. In a bowl, mix beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over layers.
  5. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until meat is tender.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle with 1½ cups cheddar cheese to melt.
