  • 2 tablespoons minced chives (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (matchstick)

Instructions

  1. Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
  2. Arrange smoked salmon in an overlapping rectangle on the wrap.
