  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 2-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cut circles from provolone cheese slices for 'eyeballs.'
  5. After baking meatballs, top each with a cheese circle and an olive slice.
  6. Return to oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and mix with heated marinara sauce.
  8. Serve spaghetti topped with spooky eyeball meatballs.
