  • 1 pound sirloin steak (or flank steak), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Add the steak pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
