  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Stir in vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
  3. While chilling, prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until smooth; mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough portions, flatten them, place cheesecake filling in the center, fold the edges over to seal, then shape into balls.
