10 Minute Fluffy Air Fryer Pretzel Bites

Quick and easy pretzel bites that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, ready in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water heated to 110 degrees
  • 4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2.4 teaspoons quick rise yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • pretzel salt optional

Method
 

  1. Add water to a bowl and heat it to about 110 degrees F. Whisk in the yeast and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and sea salt.
  3. Pour the warm water-yeast mixture into your bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until a dough begins to form.
  4. Sprinkle some flour onto your countertop and divide the dough into eight equal pieces. Roll each piece into ropes and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Lightly spray your air fryer basket with oil.
  6. Place your shaped pretzel bites into the basket, leaving enough space between them. Brush each bite generously with melted butter.
  7. Set your air fryer to cook at 400 degrees F for approximately seven minutes or until lightly browned on top.
  8. Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt if desired.
