Start by washing the broccoli florets thoroughly and chop them into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and form them into bite-sized balls or patties.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and place each popper in a single layer. Cook for about 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the poppers from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
