Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place chopped cauliflower florets in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer.
- Roast the cauliflower for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Serve hot, optionally with a dip on the side.
