Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • optional grated Parmesan cheese for that nutty, cheesy finish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place chopped cauliflower florets in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer.
  4. Roast the cauliflower for about 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with a dip on the side.
