Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated, optional
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Bake the Cauliflower
  1. Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
