Baked Italian Sub Sandwiches

A warm, toasty sub roll filled with layers of savory turkey slices, zesty turkey pepperoni, and delectable chicken ham, all topped off with gooey provolone cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 sub rolls sub rolls (6 inches each)
  • 4 oz turkey slices sliced
  • 4 oz turkey pepperoni sliced
  • 4 oz chicken ham sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each sub roll open without cutting all the way through.
  3. Layer turkey slices, turkey pepperoni, and chicken ham inside each roll.
  4. Top with provolone cheese followed by sliced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the sandwiches and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice into portions, and serve warm.
