Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed about 1 ½ cups
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Combine rolled oats, honey or maple syrup, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract with the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the banana mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the bars cool for at least ten minutes before slicing them into squares.
