Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillets skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss until each piece is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding them. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  5. Transfer your crispy salmon bites onto a serving platter and generously drizzle them with your prepared Bang Bang sauce.
