Method
Marinate the Beef
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Cook the Noodles
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Beef
- Heat the wok over high heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed. Add garlic, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Serve
- Add the cooked noodles and beef back into the wok. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
