Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Orange Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano Dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
Chicken
  • 4 pounds Whole Chicken Cut into quarters

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk until well combined.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken pieces in a large resealable bag or baking dish.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Alternatively, roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve
  1. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
