In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice, corn kernels, black beans, cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion.
Divide your rice mixture into serving bowls. Top each bowl generously with sliced chicken.
Finish off each bowl with slices of avocado, crumbled blue cheese, and a drizzle of hot buffalo sauce.
Add a drizzle of ranch dressing over everything.
Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top for an extra burst of freshness before serving immediately.
