Method
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and wash your grapes thoroughly. Dry them completely with paper towels.
- Finely chop your peanuts and place them in a bowl. Insert a toothpick into each grape and set them aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel bits with heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each grape into the melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in chopped peanuts.
- Place each coated grape back onto the lined baking sheet. Repeat until all grapes are coated.
- Refrigerate the coated grapes until ready to serve to help them set.
