Caramel Apple Grapes

Crisp green grapes dipped in luscious caramel and rolled in chopped peanuts for a delightful treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 45-50 pieces seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts

Method
 

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and wash your grapes thoroughly. Dry them completely with paper towels.
  2. Finely chop your peanuts and place them in a bowl. Insert a toothpick into each grape and set them aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel bits with heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each grape into the melted caramel, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in chopped peanuts.
  5. Place each coated grape back onto the lined baking sheet. Repeat until all grapes are coated.
  6. Refrigerate the coated grapes until ready to serve to help them set.
