Cheesy Taco Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix or homemade taco seasoning
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
  • 5 sticks colby jack and cheddar cheese halved
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned, then mix in the taco seasoning.
  4. Spread out the pizza dough, cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place taco meat and cheese in the center of each rectangle, roll up and pinch seams closed.
  6. Brush the rolled sticks with a mixture of melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
  7. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
