Method
Prepare Chicken
- If not already cooked, grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let cool and shred.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing and mix well.
Assemble Wraps
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture, chopped romaine lettuce, and grated parmesan cheese onto each tortilla.
- If desired, sprinkle croutons on top for added crunch.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
Serve
- Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side.
