  • 1 cup sour cream preferably full-fat
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika optional for extra smokiness

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped chipotle peppers, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and smoked paprika.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
