Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt full-fat, plain or vanilla
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients: Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk them together until smooth and well-blended.
  2. Once everything is combined smoothly, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. After chilling, scoop the pudding into serving bowls and add your favorite toppings such as whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or fresh berries.
