Ingredients
  

Chicken and Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps of choice

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Toss until well combined.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken salad mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Serve
  1. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
