Method
- Start by adding all your prepared ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir everything together gently so that each ingredient is well distributed.
- Set your slow cooker to HIGH and let it cook for around 4 hours without opening the lid.
- Carefully transfer the contents from the slow cooker into a blender and pulse until you achieve a jam-like consistency.
- Allow the jam to cool completely before transferring it into jars or storage containers.
