Ingredients
  

  • 24 oz fresh cranberries (about 6 cups)
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp ground cloves
  • 0.25 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cups brown sugar

Method
 

  1. Start by adding all your prepared ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir everything together gently so that each ingredient is well distributed.
  2. Set your slow cooker to HIGH and let it cook for around 4 hours without opening the lid.
  3. Carefully transfer the contents from the slow cooker into a blender and pulse until you achieve a jam-like consistency.
  4. Allow the jam to cool completely before transferring it into jars or storage containers.
