Prepare the Chicken
- In a large pot, combine the chicken breasts and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Add Vegetables
- Add diced carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Mix in Cream Cheese and Seasoning
- Stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until fully combined.
Finish the Soup
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

For a thicker soup, you can blend part of the soup and return it to the pot.
