Crack Chicken Tenders

These creamy, cheesy chicken tenders are easy to make and packed with flavor, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenders
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Arrange the chicken tenders on your prepared baking sheet. Lightly coat them with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture generously over each tender.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits evenly over the top of each tender.
  6. Place your baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20–25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot.
