Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2-3 jalapeños finely diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, diced jalapeños, and smoked paprika if using. Fold in the chopped artichokes gently until well blended.
  3. Spread the creamy mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Let the dip cool slightly before serving. Pair it with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or fresh veggies.
