Prepare the Spaghetti Squash
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
Make the Cheese Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine and Bake
- Once the squash is cool enough to handle, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a mixing bowl.
- Add the cheese sauce to the spaghetti squash and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the squash mixture.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
