Marinate the Beef
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, cornstarch, and rice wine. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili paste, sugar, and water to create the sauce.
Fry the Beef
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in batches and fry until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Stir-fry Vegetables
- In the same wok, add sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
Combine and Serve
- Return the crispy beef to the wok, pour in the sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot.
