  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara Sauce Opt for thicker sauces to keep chips crispy.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Feel free to mix in cheddar, provolone, or Parmesan.
  • 1 cup Toppings Customize with favorites like turkey pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs Sprinkle on basil or oregano.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds a warm, aromatic layer.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes For a spicy kick.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out your tortillas on a baking sheet. If using flour tortillas, cut them into quarters for bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or marinara sauce over each tortilla piece.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese atop each sauced tortilla piece, then add your chosen toppings.
  5. Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
