Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks (drained) 1 can
  • 4 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1/4 cup green onion (chopped)

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breast directly into your slow cooker.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce over the chicken, then press the garlic cloves on top.
  3. Pour the pineapple chunks over everything in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on high for about 2.5 to 3 hours or low for 3.5 to 4 hours.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the pot. Stir to coat.
  6. Top with chopped green onions before serving warm.
