Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 medium apples cored and thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and grated
  • 1 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, grated carrots, shredded cabbage, chopped walnuts, and raisins.
  2. Toss the ingredients together until well mixed.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
