Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium English cucumber (about 2 ½ cups)
  • 2 pieces red apples (cored)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Chop the apples and cucumber into small bite-size pieces and transfer them into a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture, season with salt and black pepper, and gently stir until coated. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes.
