Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lump crab meat cleaned
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh dill or parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Start by washing and dicing your celery and red bell pepper into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, diced celery, and diced red bell pepper. Gently stir together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill or parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and carefully fold everything together until well-coated.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
