- Start by washing and dicing your celery and red bell pepper into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, diced celery, and diced red bell pepper. Gently stir together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill or parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and carefully fold everything together until well-coated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
