Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, eggs, and milk.
  4. Pour your wet mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Place your loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50–60 minutes.
  7. Once baked, remove your bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled down completely, slice up your delicious Dill Pickle Bread.
