Method
Prepare the Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, rice, chicken broth, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Make the Tzatziki Sauce
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
Assemble and Bake
- Spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken and rice mixture in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
