Easy Bisquick Pumpkin Donut Holes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup butter for melting
  • 1/2 cup sugar for coating
  • 2 tsp cinnamon for coating

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. Combine Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil to the dry mixture and combine.
  4. Scoop the batter into a greased mini muffin pan or donut pan.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter in one dish and combine sugar and cinnamon in another dish.
  7. Roll each donut hole in melted butter and then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
