- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture evenly onto a large sheet pan.
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- While your chicken and veggies are baking, warm your tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Once everything is ready, remove it from the oven. Serve hot alongside warm tortillas and an array of toppings.
