Ingredients
  

Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin trimmed of excess fat
Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well to form a paste.
Marinate the Pork
  1. Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated.
  2. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Roast the Pork
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated pork tenderloin in a roasting pan.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Rest and Serve
  1. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Slice and serve with your choice of sides.
