Garlic Miso Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp minced green onions (2 green stalks)
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 8 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • to taste green onions for garnish
  • to taste cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and massage to coat.
  3. Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer on the tray.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check that the internal temperature of each thigh reaches at least 165°F.
  7. Baste with leftover pan juices before serving and garnish.
