Method
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and massage to coat.
- Line your air fryer tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in a single layer on the tray.
- Air fry at 375°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature of each thigh reaches at least 165°F.
- Baste with leftover pan juices before serving and garnish.
